KBK Aluline light crane system
The KBK-Aluline consists of aluminum profiles. Thanks to these lightweight profiles, the cranes are easy to move. By combining the Aluline profiles with the KBK-ergo components, the ease of use is greatly increased.
DEMAG has developed a number of components under the name KBK-ergo to supplement the standard KBK program. KBK-ergo components, a KBK track can be made suitable for absorbing buoyant forces. Cranes are made for this that can also perform work outside the crane track. Think of single girder crossing cranes or extension cranes. A crossing crane has a fixed crossing outside the crane track. An extendable crane can be extended at the desired location outside the crane track. This is useful in places where a fixed crossing is not possible due to obstacles next to the crane track.
The KBK ergo components give the KBK tracks stability, which is required for precise positioning with balancers and manipulators.
